We’ve created 20 obstacles so you’ll want a good warm-up! The course starts out flat and fast. After leaping over mammoth-sized round hay bales and the largest slip-n-slide this side of Indy, runners wade through scenic Six-Mile Creek. Since our event is held in the spring that usually means lots of rain which equals deep creek pockets and LOTS of mud pits, mud banks, mud trenches and mud walls to pull yourself up, under and over! (the grazing sheep in the pasture like to watch the mudders slip and fall in water). A tractor tire graveyard greets weary runners after they encounter their first of many shallow, deep and steep mud pits and mud banks. A 15′ tire wall tests ones agility as the up-and-over walls tests ones fear of heights! Fire jumping and crawl tubes also test the runner.
